Our approach is unique because it is 100% flexible.   At this time Agora\Expertise is cost-free. Any financial arrangement is made directly between you and the expert. The engagement is crafted between you and the expert. That said, we do see some typical models, such as:

• Expert Calls: Our experts are available for one-on-one consultations on various topics, providing insights and guidance to industry and market trends, businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors.

• Short-Term Consulting: We offer short-term consulting projects to address specific business needs, such as market analysis or strategic planning.

• PE-firm (and other types of) Due Diligence: Many of our experts have engaged with PE firms as they assess the acquisition of a company.

• Advisory Board Membership: Formal or informal, this can be general review and critique of business formation and performance.  This can lead to investment or other more significant engagement.

• Business Function Best Practice Reviews: These take many forms, but are typically part-time reviews of important business functions like finance, software development, distribution, order management, human resources.

• Not-for-Profit: Similar engagement models can be deployed to help not-for-profits of any size meet its goals and address its challenges.   This can include sourcing talent to help with small projects.

At this time, we do not have an automated search function to identify available resources. In the meantime, please send an email to Agora\Expertise and we will expose your need (confidentially) to our experts. To make this as effective as possible, please use the following framework in your email:

1. Expertise Required: (Include Industry/Market, business function if applicable, company of the expert – past or present)
2. Type of Engagement: There will obviously be a upfront call to vet the expert, but beyond that, please describe the type of engagement you are seeking, e.g. full-time role, series of calls, part-time, short-term with as much specificity as possible. We do not want to waste anyone’s time.
3. Timing
4. Fees Indication: (optional) describe fee/rate or designate as pro bono or fee-based
5. Description: as much detail as you wish to provide.
